Heritage Oaks Bank Donates to Peoples’ Self-Help Housing’s Youth Education Enhancement Program - 11/19/09

(Paso Robles,CA)- Heritage Oaks Bank recently donated $1,000 to support Peoples’ Self-Help Housing’s Youth Education Enhancement Program which currently helps 65 children attending the Learning Center at Canyon Creek Apartments in Paso Robles.
“We are grateful to our business community and especially Heritage Oaks Bank for their support of our youth education program. It demonstrates their commitment to local needs and their interest in the education of children,” said Jeannette Duncan, Executive Director of Peoples’ Self-Help Housing.
The youth center is available to resident children and students from area elementary schools for free after-school homework assistance, math and reading instruction, physical activity and recreation, as well as cultural enrichment activities.
