Heritage Oaks Bank Makes Changes to Central Services Department - 04/15/09

(Paso Robles, CA) - Heritage Oaks Bank has recently made several changes to their Central Services department beginning with Jeannette Collins, who has accepted the position of Central Services Manager.
"Jeannette brings to our Central Services group decades of retail service experience, as well as a fresh set of eyes we can utilitze to review processes to provide more client focused efficiencies whil simultaneously improving customer service levels," says Joseph Stronks, Senior Vice President, Central Services & eBanking.
Sherry Filadelphia will make a lateral change from her previous position as Central Services Manager to her new position, Custodian of Records. Sherry, with more than 15 years with Heritage Oaks Bank in the area of back-office operations, offers the bank the opportunity to better focus operational efforts on organizing customer information in a way that all Heritage Oaks Bank employees can access said informatino when and where they need it, confidently and securely.
Jennifer Hall has recently been promoted to eBanking Manager. Jennifer will broaden her knowledge in ATM support gained over the past 5 years to include all alternative delivery channels that make-up the bank's eBanking services - Online Banking, Interactive Voice Response (Telephone Banking), ACH and Remote Deposit.
"Jennifer also brings a huge 'can-do" approach to every job at hand and serves a a real inspiration to staff to continually improve," Joseph continues.
