Heritage Oaks Bank Welcomes New Loan Officer

(Paso Robles, CA)- Heritage Oaks Bank has recently added Residential Loan Officer, Jeff Ridgeway to their banking family. Jeff will be responsible for meeting the residential loan needs for the Northern County of San Luis Obispo and will be located at the Heritage Oaks Bank branch on River Road in Paso Robles, CA.
"We are pleased to have someone of Jeff's caliber join the Heritage Oaks Bank mortgage team," said Fred Bond, Senior Vice President and Mortgage Division Manager for Heritage Oaks Bank. "Jeff is a highly motivated professional whose goal is to serve the clients needs. Jeff will be using his extensive skills to assist our borrowers at 400 South River Road, in Paso Robles," adds Bond.
Jeff has been involved with finance and banking for 20 years. He began his career as a Manager with Beneficial Finance and held that position for eight years. From there Jeff went on to work with Heritage Oaks Bank as a Mortgage Lender in Arroyo Grande and Santa Maria areas from 2001-2003. Jeff left Heritage Oaks Bank in 2003 to pursue a managing role with Conti Mortgage of Phoenix Arizona and honed his business skills as a business partner with his wife Amy at Affordable Closet Design from 2001 to present. "I am very excited to be back with Heritage Oaks Bank. I look forward to working in the North County to help local residents pursue their dreams of home ownership," says Ridgway.
Jeff has lived and worked on the Central Coast with his wife Amy and their three daughters for the last twelve years.
Heritage Oaks Bank Promotes Commercial Relationship Manager to Vice President
Heritage Oaks Bank is pleased to announce Neil Amarante has been promoted to Vice President within the organization. Amarante is a Commercial Relationship Manager and has been with Heritage Oaks Bank since March of 2005. Amarante specializes in the Northern County of San Luis Obispo and is located in the main branch for Heritage Oaks Bank on 12th street in Paso Robles, CA.
"Neil Amarante is highly motivated and sincere when it comes to commercial lending," said Paul Tognazzini, Chief Loan Officer and Executive Vice President for Heritage Oaks Bank. "He continually meets the client’s needs and expectations while exceeding the expectations of the bank. I’m positive Neil Amarante will continue to do great things in commercial lending," adds Tognazzini.
Amarante earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo in 2002 and a Masters of Science in Agriculture in 2004. Neil has lived on the Central Coast for ten years.
