How to Make a RequestIf your organization has similar community interest(s) to ours and your request for funding meets the requirements of our giving guidelines, follow the steps below:

  1. Double check the eligibility guidelines and complete a Charitable Contribution Request form.
  2. Our request for requires a copy of your organization annual budget (please have available upong request). If your request is for a sponsorship please have any sponsorship benefits outlined in a document for upload as well.

Sponsorship Requests:

Heritage Oaks Bank reviews sponsorship requests on an ongoing basis. In order to be able to make the best decisions possible, we advise nonprofit organizations to apply for sponsorship support at least 3 months in advance of their event.

Charitable Contribution Requests:

Heritage Oaks Bank reviews charitable contribution requests on a quarterly basis. Below are the deadlines for each quarterly meeting review:

  • Requests received by December 31 will be reviewed in Q1 – Committee decisions will be communicated by the end of February.
  • Requests received by March 31 will be reviewed in Q2 – Committee decisions will be communicated by the end of May.
  • Requests received by June 30 will be reviewed in Q3 – Committee decisions will be communicated by the end of August.
  • Requests received by September 30 will be reviewed in Q4. Committee decisions will be communicated by the end of November.
